Enzana Capsule is used in the treatment of cancer of the prostate gland. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor. It works by blocking the effects of male hormones such as testosterone.

Lenalid 5 mg, manufactured by Natco Pharma Ltd, is a potent anti-cancer medication primarily prescribed to manage complex blood and bone marrow disorders. Its active ingredient, Lenalidomide, belongs to a class of drugs known as immunomodulatory agents. It is most frequently used to treat Multiple Myeloma (a cancer of plasma cells) and Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), as well as certain types of lymphoma, such as Mantle Cell Lymphoma and Follicular Lymphoma.

The medication operates through a multi-faceted mechanism of action. It strengthens the body's natural defenses by activating T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells to identify and destroy malignant cells. Beyond immune modulation, Lenalidomide directly inhibits the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to survive (anti-angiogenesis) and triggers programmed cell death in abnormal cells within the bone marrow.
